Europe and the world are in economic crisis. There is no doubt today that the direct cause of this situation is a crisis of values and principles, which began a long time ago. Especially today, Europe needs young people who are well educated, can speak foreign languages, have extensive professional competence and also are guided in their lives with universal values, prefer community thinking and reject extreme individualism in social and economic life.

The starting point for the process of formation of the youth in the spirit of the values is to identify opportunities to learn from the diversity of cultures and experiences of countries forming a united Europe. The dialogue seems to be the key to the renewal of Europe through youth. This year we would like to especially focus on the underappreciated role of women in building a culture of dialogue. The opportunity to learn quite different European cultures - West (Spain and Italy), Central European (Slovakia, Poland) and Eastern European (Lithuania, Romania) - will be very valuable.

During the project "Dialogue in crisis - a crisis of dialogue" we want to draw attention to the role of women in dialogue at various levels:
1. family
2. social (politics, work, education)
3. intercultural
4. religion.
